Having served three Presidents at the Office of the Korean President, Professor RYOU specializes in the diplomatic cooperation and international development projects. He has prepared for 75 state visits for Korean Presidents and designed extensive bilateral and multilateral development cooperation projects for numerous developing countries.
He went on to teach as associate professor at Konkuk University, Seoul Korea, Department of Technology management, then served as secretary general at the Public Innovation & e-Government Research Center, KAIST. He was also an International Cooperation Advisor at the Korean Academy of Science and Technology. He is back teaching at Konkuk University as adjunct Professor of technology management and serves as Executive Director for PEOPLE & PROBONO, a Korean Social Co-operative.
Native Korean, He studied at Seoul National University, Toronto University, and Columbia University.
